Noordeinde Palace, originally a farmhouse, was transformed into a stately home in 1533 and is located in The Hague. It was given to William of Orange’s widow as a tribute to her husband’s contributions to the Netherlands. One of four palaces owned by the Dutch royal family, Noordeinde Palace now functions as the office of King Willem-Alexander.
